What Clozaro is. Clozaro is a marketing and technology platform. Clozaro is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate brokerage services. Real estate brokerage services are provided by the licensed real estate brokerages that engage Clozaro ("Brokerage Clients").

- Contact and inquiry information you provide or that is captured through forms, advertisements, or messaging — such as name, email address, phone number, and details about your property or service interest.
- Lead information from advertising platforms (for example, Meta/Facebook Lead Ads) when you respond to a campaign we operate on behalf of a Brokerage Client.
- Communications you exchange with us or a Brokerage Client (email, WhatsApp, SMS, scheduling).
- Technical and usage data — device, browser, IP address, and interactions with our pages, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use information
- To operate marketing campaigns and capture, route, and follow up on leads on behalf of Brokerage Clients.
- To contact you about a property or service you expressed interest in.
- To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Where required, our legal basis for processing is your consent, our legitimate interests in operating the Services, and/or the performance of a contract.
3. How information is shared
Because Clozaro generates and routes leads for licensed brokerages, your information may flow as follows:
- Advertising platform → Clozaro → Brokerage Client. Leads captured through campaigns are shared with the relevant licensed Brokerage Client so a licensed agent can follow up with you.
- Service providers that help us run the Services, including (as applicable) Meta, Google, Twilio, Stripe, Supabase, and Resend, under agreements limiting their use of the data.
- Legal and safety disclosures where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
4. Your choices and rights
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time (reply STOP to messages or use the unsubscribe link).
- California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request access to or deletion of your personal information and may opt out of any "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
